Flamingo Bay Title was founded by Cynthia Crews, a seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years of progressive, hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the industry. Her career began in mortgage lending as a loan processor, where she developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, underwriting standards, and file accuracy. She later worked within a real estate law practice and its affiliated title company, managing every stage of the title lifecycle—from file opening and title processing to closing coordination and post-closing documentation. This rare, end-to-end operational experience provides Flamingo Bay Title with a distinct advantage: we understand not only how transactions close, but how to safeguard them properly at every stage.

Cynthia later transitioned into brokerage leadership and sales, representing buyers and sellers, overseeing contract compliance, and mentoring agents through complex transactions. During this period, the brokerage she served with experienced more than 2,100% growth over five years and earned national recognition as an INC5000 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2024 and 2025. Operating within a high-growth, performance-driven environment reinforced the importance of structured systems, accountability, and consistent execution—standards that now define Flamingo Bay Title.
